Caught my eye today; from 9-7-2009 Brasilians will not be able to pay for their visa through the branch of Citibank in the Recife Consulate (USA) Now they must pay the fee (currently US$131) before they go to the Consulate at ANY Citibank angency. Sounds good doesn't it? Well not if you live in Paraiba where there aren't any branches of Citibank
Just pay in Recife? Where? The one nearest the Consulate which is Rua Sport Clube do Recife 280, Paissandu (81 3222-7135)
