João Agripino
Initially,
João Agripino may have a few people scratching their heads as to where it is.
Think the left and right of Rui Carneiro from Epitácio Pessoa up to Rio
Jaguaribe ( near the big electrical sub station and speed camera) and you have
it. After that is Tambau. Of course if I said Jardim Luna you would know
straight away where I was talking about.
JL is
considered an “area nobre” with plenty of fine homes at reasonable prices.
There are some towers towards the hill ridge facing Tambau and still plenty of
land to build on. Some houses facing Rui Carneiro cost as much as R$2 million,
not for the faint hearted.
It benefits from small praças and bars along with a few shopping areas. There
are some very big and well established schools in the bairro and nearby bairros
including Motivo, Evolução, Hipácrates, Pro Saude, Medicina amongst others. By
now the advantages of the BR230 should be familiar to you.
Epitácio Pessoa has an “Extra” (Pão de Açucar) supermarket and Hiper Bom Preço
market near by.
JL is on the hub of Epitácio, Rui Carneiro, BR230 and consequently allows
access to most other areas. It also has rat runs during rush hour periods. It’s
a 3 minute drive along Rui Carneiro to all that Tambau offers, about the same
to Tamandare for the Cabo Branco and Tambau beaches served by Epitácio.
