Gold membership

Gold membership is membership of the The Paraíba Paradise Association* CNPJ 10.634.092/000115. This group is a not for profit ONG (Non-Government organisation) and any profit made by the ONG will be used to help local community groups and education projects.

This association has been set up to provide support to people visiting, living or intending to live in João Pessoa. People will also be able to obtain discounts on many things, such as Health Insurance, Car insurance, contents and property insurance, car hire, restaurants and discounts from a number of shops including chemists and on medicine.

Example; Unimed offers a discount to groups and organisations and members of the Paraíba Paradise Association can claim a 30% discount on medical insurance. If you are an existing member, you can still qualify for this and will be able to keep your accrued benefits. On a family policy (2 adults, 2 children) this could save you approximately R$2,400 a year.

After you fill in the section below for Gold membership you will be contacted by us and we will inform you of how and when you will receive your membership card. Members will receive a photo I.D. card that they will have to produce to get the discounts offered for Gold members.

*The full name of the association is “Association Paraíbana de Integracao Socio-Cultural Entre Nacionais e Estrangeiros Residentes no Pais”.
