On Saturday the 18th of September 2010 there was a small get-together of friends at Scorpions Paintball in Joao Pessoa, Paraiba, arranged by www.paraibaparadise.com
It seems that a great day was had by all and even before the event was over people were asking to do it again.
We will try to arrange it again for Saturday the 30th October and will let you know via the Paraiba email list.

The get-together on the 21st Feb 2010 was well attended and from the feedback it would seem that everybody had a good time.
I’d like to thank Jason and his staff for helping to make the afternoon go smoothly.
First, we’d like to say thank you to all those people who contacted us to ask if we were going to have another get-together, and thank you for your kind words. We have been working on other projects so we thought people wouldn’t notice if we didn’t hold one during the rainy season.
By popular request, we are happy to inform you that the next get-together will be on Sunday the 29th August 2010 starting at 1pm. The venue is Pontal do Cabo, Avenida Cabo Branco, 4912, João Pessoa - PB, 58045-010, Tel: 3247-4336.
As always there will be a book and DVD exchange, so be sure to dig out all those old books you keep meaning to bring and swap. We hope to again have Lawyers attending to answer your legal questions, this will be confirmed in the reminder we will send out.

The next get-together will be held at Bikini’s Beach Bar, Av. Cabo Branco. It will be on Sunday 20th September 2009 starting at about 1pm and finishing around 7pm. Harvey (the owner) has suggested that to make this event a little different, people could bring their own food and share it (maybe people could bring a national dish from their home country).
This seems to be a good idea as we have so many different countries represented at these meetings. We could have a great variety of dishes to choose from. People who don’t want to bring their own food can still choose something from the bar which also serves food. The menu has been added as an attachment to this e-mail.
There is a children’s climbing frame near by and plenty of space for the kids to run around.
