More flights to João Pessoa

From the 1st of December to 19 December, Gol Linhas Aéreas will be providing one extra flight from Aeroporto Galeão in Rio de Janeiro to Aeroporto Castro Pinto, in Bayeux (Rio de Janeiro – João Pessoa – Rio de Janeiro). The new flight was put in to service due to increased demand particularly from the south east of the country.

According to the Secretário de Turismo da Capital, Elzário Pereira Júnior, the extra flight comes as a result of negotiations with the airline GOL. He also confirmed that there was another company preparing to provide more flights as of the beginning of January 2010.
